At S&D Kids, we want you to love your purchase, but we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags are securely attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
